Each module comes in a Professional version suitable for small business and an Enterprise version suitable for medium to large businesses. All of the tools come with a secure web-based administration interface usable from anywhere via all major web browsers.

Content Management Module
Update your web site yourself without any requirement for technical knowledge, even pages with complex formatting. Includes file and image upload/download, delegation of content areas to different users, and the ability to post time-sensitive content like press releases automatically.
Email Marketing Module
A form on your public web site collects information for prospects, members, subscribers, etc., sends the appropriate email auto-response, and stores the contact information in a database. You can then use a built-in bulk-emailer to send promotions, newsletters, etc., (including html email), or export the contacts to Outlook or another email program.
Form and Survey Module
Create your own forms for questionnaire or data collection or create surveys and polls without any html coding, and have the results stored in a database and/or emailed to one or more recipients. The module automatically generates statistics and email alerts based on user responses.
Shopping Cart Module
The Shopping Cart Module makes it easy to start selling items online. It provides a standard shopping cart and product catalog, with the capability to integrate with online payment systems so that you can accept credit cards over the web. The product catalog integrates with the Content Manager, so that it's easy to launch a site as brochure-only and then convert to e-commerce when you're ready.
Registration Module
- The registration module will handle the following functions:
- Allow users to sign up for events through the website
- Allow manual entry of offline registrations (sign-ups via mail, telephone, etc.) by staff by using the Administration Interface
- Generate attendee lists for events
- Integration with the Email Marketing database for future email letters
- This module also will work with the Shopping Cart Module for internet based payment.
Search Module
Lets users search your web site the same way standard search engines search the web, but with total control over the appearance and behavior of the search results.
Traffic Analysis Module
We use and recommend Urchin Web Statistics. Pricing is different for this module, please see below.

File Management and Password Protection Module
Secure specific sections or pages of your site with database driven login and password information. Each user has the appropriate rights to upload, view, or comment on particular files. Examples of files include Word Documents, Images, Legal Files, CAD files, PDF files, etc.
This module includes both a user and administration interface. The user interface allows a user to change their personal information and password. The administration interface allows Client staff the ability to add users, change user information, and delete users.
Hosting
The Glimpse Tech Modules are distributed on an Application Server Provider (ASP) model. This means that we will host your site, the administration area, and your database. This is an ideal model since Glimpse Interactive constantly is improving and upgrading the Tech Modules, and when we have a major new release, we simply upgrade all of our client sites at once. This ensures that data remains secure and the site continues functioning. The ASP model is also helpful in maintenance of the site. We monitor all of our sites 24/7/365 to make sure they attain 99% uptime.
Of course, we do allow our clients to host with other hosting providers. Doing so does have an extra cost associated with set-up of the system, and upgrades will need to be purchased instead of free distribution.
