Jeremy Duimstra, President/CEO
Jeremy Duimstra formed his first interactive media company in 1997 while he was still a student at Michigan State University where he received a BA in Studio Art and Interactive Design. Client projects included an e-business initiative for the Amway Corporation, a CD-ROM for the Smithsonian Institution and DVD interfaces for Universal Studios and Dreamworks. Jeremy relocated to California in 2000 and co-founded PixelRocket, a Carlsbad-based Web development firm. In May of 2002 he founded Glimpse Interactive in downtown San Diego.
Jeremy is a board member of San Diego's High-Tech Marketing Alliance (www.htma.org) and is a regular guest lecturer on Web marketing strategies at UCSD Extension. Mr. Duimstra will be attending Harvard Business School's "Leading Professional Service Firms" program in the Spring.
Jim Grady, Lead Web Applications Engineer
Mr. Grady is a graduate of Pomona College (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and has been a professional web developer since 1995. Mr. Grady's experience includes work as an emerging technologies analyst, systems architect, lead programmer, and project manager on major e-Commerce and web development projects including SSF Autoparts and Compasspoint. These projects have included business-to-business, consumer, and intranet applications, with an emphasis on linking to enterprise data systems. His primary area of expertise is the integration of visual design group work with technical group work in order to maximize ease of information access for the end user.
Mr. Grady has developed web applications on operating systems including Windows NT/2000/XP, FreeBSD, and IBM AS/400. His experience with database systems and programming languages includes Microsoft ASP, SQL Server, JSP, PHP, and MySQL.
